Our commitment to Excellence means we do not simply settle for “good enough”, but we seek to provide training for students which is truly excellent. The result is high-level learning opportunities for our clients and positive customer service experiences.
Because of our value of Integrity, we are committed to doing the right thing, being honest and truthful, and when we make a mistake, owning it and making things right.
The value of Humility allows us the space to admit that we do not know everything, and we are not the best choice for everyone. We are thankful for each satisfied customer who has experienced what DLC’s training has to offer.
Although we are located in Penang, which is famous for its tasty foods, our value of Hunger is not related to the tasty meals we enjoy. It represents the fact that, as educators, administrative team members, and students, we desire to be lifelong learners, and we always seek to grow, develop, and improve our knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Our fifth value of Community represents the fact that, whether it is your first time walking through the door or you are a long-time client or team member, we genuinely care about your best interests and well-being as a person. We believe in treating each person with respect and honour, and our centre has relational family feel because of this value.
