Jesse Rinkenberger
Business Administrator

Jesse has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa, USA (1994). He has worked in various management positions with for-profit and non-profit organizations in the USA and Asia. He has studied three foreign languages including Spanish, Urdu, and Malay.

Jesse enjoys interacting daily with DLC students who come from all over the world. In addition to managing the Centre, Jesse facilitates DLC’s English Conversation Club in order to provide students with additional opportunities to improve their English outside the classroom.

Choo Wooi Boon
Registrar

Wooi Boon is responsible to answer your initial enquiries about the centre, and looks forward to hearing from you!

She brings to DLC over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and administration for a variety of local companies.

Siew Lan, Ben and Amy
Receptionists

It is likely to be Siew Lan, Ben or Amy who greets you as you enter the centre as they are the first point of contact for enquiries.  They will assist you with taking placement tests, with registration, and will ensure you have the materials you need for your course.
