Evening classes

We exist to serve the language learning needs of our community.  To enable us to do this, we have developed progressive courses in a number of languages, which we deliver in the evenings to suit the work patterns of many people.

All our evening classes are progressive classes – students can join at any level and will be placed with students of a similar standard.  New students are required to sit a placement test (approximately 1 hour in duration) before the class starts to determine the appropriate level of class for them to join.

All our courses consist of six levels: from beginner to advanced.  Please visit the ‘languages’ section of this site for details of how are levels compare to international benchmarking standards.

Our classes run with a minimum of six students and a maximum of 15.

Please contact our administrative office if you would like a copy of the course syllabus, stating which language you are interested in, and which level(s) you would like to see.  Alternatively, you would be most welcome to just call in and see us!   Our counselling hours are 10 am until 8 pm Monday until Friday, and 10 am until 4 pm on Saturdays.
