Student Feedback

At Dynamic Language Centre, we are aware that learning a language can be challenging and so our dedicated staff regularly conduct reviews to ensure we are meeting up to the expectations of our students.  Also, as part of our internal auditing processes, we require students to complete an anonymous feedback form toward the end of each course. This enables us to monitor student satisfaction and to quickly identify areas where we need to improve.

Some statistics from the feedback are given below:

96% of our students have rated our standard of teaching as good or excellent.

85% of our students have rated our customer service and administration as good or excellent.

82% of our students have rated our curriculum as good or excellent.

89% of our students have given us an overall rating of good or excellent.  No-one has ever given us a rating of less than satisfactory.

Quotes from our students:

‘Before studying Malay I considered a variety of options.  The school (DLC) has the most thorough Intensive Malay course in the country.  After 8 months of study I am able to share my thoughts clearly with my Malay friends and co-workers’.
